- For mainland companies: Chinese company's license, articles of association, legal person certificate, Dutch company's POA authorization letter, Dutch company director's Data card Personal information card, Dutch company director's passport ---- The above materials need to be notarized and certified;
Information required for registration of Dutch Company (Mainland/Hong Kong company Holding)
- Hong Kong company: Registration certificate of Hong Kong company, BR, latest annual report, POA authorization letter of Dutch company, Data card Personal information card of Dutch company director, passport of Dutch company director, UBO document ---- The above information needs to be notarized (Hong Kong notarization plus certification and Hague double certification);
- Legal opinion ---- does not require notarial certification;
- Last three months address certificate ---- does not require notarial certification;
- To prepare the company name, registered capital and business scope.

Get a tax number
