- Company name pre-examination: Submit 3 alternative Arabic names for approval by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
- Proof of registered capital: minimum 50,000 Saudi Riyals (about $13,000), subject to bank verification.
- Lease Contract: The lease agreement for the local office address in Saudi Arabia should be notarized and submitted to the Commerce Bureau for the record.
