Monthly VAT declaration

Businesses are required to submit monthly value-added tax (VAT) returns, for companies whose turnover exceeds the specified threshold, by the 10th of the following month.

Annual corporate income tax declaration

The enterprise income tax declaration for the previous year shall be submitted before April 30 each year, and the standard tax rate of 19% shall be applied to foreign-funded enterprises, and an audit report shall be attached.

Employee payroll withholding tax declaration

The employer must withhold the employee's personal income tax and declare it on a monthly basis, the deadline is the 15th of the following month, and pay the social security contribution at the same time.

Customs and import VAT declaration

Import goods are required to declare customs duties and import VAT at the time of customs clearance. The tax rate depends on the type of goods and needs to be submitted through the customs system.
