Information required to register a company in Malaysia
- Company name (1-3 spare names are provided (names need to be noted for meaning) Ending in Sdn Bhd.) ;
- Identity card and address certificate of shareholders and directors;
- Confirmation form (minimum registered capital of RM1, no upper limit);
- Registered capital: It is recommended to write RM100, more than RM100 has the opportunity to spot check capital verification;
- Business scope: No word limit, can write 3 types (if the trade products need to clearly specify the name of the 3 main products, not directly write international trade);
- Contact phone number and email address (1-2 contact phone numbers are available);
- Director's parents ID card.
